One way to find greater fulfillment in our work or career is to start with being. That is, be who we inherently are – strong, creative, joyful, balanced, worthy, loving, free, powerful, wise, beautiful beings. This means letting go of the insecurities and feelings of unworthiness we carry around. Letting go of the need to control, or the desire to be small and hide. It means putting aside the masks we sometimes wear to help us feel important or safe. It means getting down to our true selves.

It’s not so much what we do that matters, but what kind of person we choose to be.

Human potential is amazing...We have the capacity to create a world that is peaceful...one that spreads kindness and love rather than hatred. If we believe it to be so, it will be our truth, and we will create it.

Love and accept everyone for who they are, for where they are in life. That is compassion.

Within each of us is a beautiful gem. For some of us, that gem may stay hidden indefinitely. For others of us, with some personal work, that gem will get to see the light of day. All of us have the potential to unearth that inner beauty. The more we can work on ourselves, the smoother and more enjoyable our connections with others will be.

Love is the most powerful gift we have to offer.

When things feel murky and unsure, fine tuning our hearing so as to distinguish the voice of our Innermost Self brings clarity.

I'm not saying that it is necessary, expected or even desirable that we live in that experience of warm-hearted, big-smile love every second of every minute of every day. Life flows, and it's natural to have a variety of feelings and experiences. However, it supports our own and others' growth and happiness to be able to feel and act from a place of love at will and when the situation calls for it.

Love is directly linked to our life energy, and an environment of love allows one to thrive.

Rather than having regrets over events in the past, or worrying whether or not the future will bring you what you need or desire, allow yourself to rest in the present, the now. Understand that all that has transpired has brought you to this moment, and in this very moment, riches that far outweigh those of the world already lie within you.
